Who is stupider...George Bush or Donald Trump? It is hard to say..I pick Trump.

Bush was warned by members of a government agency that an attack was coming..

Trump was warned by scientists and doctors an attack was coming.

Both were warned, and only after the attack, did each do something...Nevertheless..I would say Trump is stupider because he could have consulted with other countries who were very recently attacked and had to do something about it. Their experience and knowledge would have helped, but Trump did nothing.

At least, though, he did believe what he was doing was right and he did believe he was trying to help. He also did have compassion at times. Trump? None of the above. How Trump made it through school without drowning in a toilet while being held there by people who were sick of his shit, I don't know. Normally, I am against bullying, but the ones like Trump NEED it. Hell, I would have taken up a collection to hire the damn bullies and point them all toward him. Trump should have been drowned before he made through junior high. How did he survive?

I’d take bush over trump any day. Trump being stupid is not the worst of it, him being reckless (he doesn't care) is a bigger issue. After 9/11, Bush tried hard to unite the country for months, trump seized on the pandemic to create further division. Bush didn't approach 9/11 as political. To trump, everything about covid-19 is 100% political. Besides, trump has the dumbest kids and spouses, period.

I never thought I’d see the day that I’d answer “yes” to those Obama-era racist signs with a pic of W, saying “Do you miss me yet?” Dubya was stupid, coked up, and a happy figurehead to some of the most evil political minds of the era. However, he didn’t believe himself to be an actual leader with something independent to say, as is witnessed by his quiet retirement and childish doggy paintings. Dump believes himself to be a genius and insists on being in charge. He doesn’t even have the intelligence and will to act in a minimally courteous and professional manner. Dumb as a goddamned post.
