Now that some things are returning to a semblance of normality, I made a doc's appointment to have scripts renewed. Young, new doc asked me if I'd like a flu shot. My word, I said. (Down Under - heading into winter).

Straight into the nurse's room for shot. No charge to me. Asked if I'd like Pneumococcal shot too - yep. Also no cost because I'm 65.

I wasn't even aware that we had a National Immunisation Program until now. Keep fighting for single payer/nationalised health care. No one deserves it more that you guys in the US.
