I hope that by the time he's done, McConnell's nose is smashed to smithereens. He's surely rubbing it as hard as he can.

Incredible, selfish Republican states. They take, but won't share. This is looking more and more like a reincarnation of the Civil War.

I think he's likely doing it again today because he's holding his press conference in DC, and wanted to rub it in McConnell and Scott's faces one more time.
