that Virginia only allows a Governor to serve one term in office? No incumbencies allowed?

Northam can run after the next Governor's term ends. No consecutive terms, since 1830.

He isn't looking as strong as I'd like in the COVID situation, and there was that earlier blackface thing.

I'd welcome an AA woman.
