So I took my car in for some work today.

Made the appointment online. They give the option of "contactless" service, but I chose to wait - there is a very large waiting area. I and the other customers were wearing masks.

They provided gloves and masks and pens for anyone to use if they wanted to. BUT, none of the people waiting on customers were wearing masks.

I sort of expected the business would wear masks to protect the customers, but I guess its the customers who are supposed to protect the business by wearing masks...

I applaud their provisions for you customers, but they should be looking out for their employees too.

Wonder what their thinking is?

apart area outside. This is Florida, it was a nice day. They have an indoor waiting room but I did not check it but I am sure it was protected.

I expect that things will be safe, but I don't intend to wait inside.

They did send a text saying that everything was safe and would be disinfected, etc. It's a good dealership, guess I'll see.

I usually take a walk, so if this never-ending rain lets up...that's what I'll do.

7. The masks were available, so I am assuming that it was left up to the employees.

The men (mostly) who work on the cars probably have other safety rules to protect themselves - but I don't know for sure.
