The letter did not mention social distancing or masks. And the reference to a health screening did not specify whether it would include some form of rapid testing.

(2,225 posts)I strongly encourage the RNC to take their convention elsewhere and shove it up their anal orifice! Sure our state could use the commerce and money Repugs drop in our state,but no thanks, I want clean money helping NC business and citizens.

(8,961 posts)But I truly hope that they find a venue with poor circulation,where they are shoulder-to-shoulder, yelling, coughing, sneezing, hugging and shaking hands without masks.
After all, masks are so sissy. ( )
And if they're trying to put the responsibility to do away with trump's virus for the convention on our governor and our state, and then try to sue the state for not protecting all those crowded screaming members of the GOP, I say we really really don't want their presence or their money.
