Donald Trump is advocating extrajudicial killings

when he tweeted "When the looting starts the shooting start."

Extrajudicial killings are what DICTATORS do. We already have extrajudicial killings of individual black men and now the monster in the White House is pushing for large scale killing. Trump is advocating action that is blatantly unconstitutional.
