No. Do not give out any information but you might want to call the Dept. of Labor.

I call the governor's office and ask for a Constituent Representative. Let them know you have tried several times to call and can't get through. You might be able to email the department. I agree with giving out NO personal info.

Log in to your DOL account directly, not through any link. Most of the time, any legitimate messages will appear in the communication section. They will communicate with people via email, but typically within the secure system. This is the type of question they do ask, though.
