Listening To This News Conference By MN Gov....

It sounds like a number of people are just covering their asses and making excuses.

Today is 'too little to late'. They weren't prepared. They didn't have their resources in position.

They had two missions: 1) prevent the unrest and, 2) protect the community because of the bigger issue - Covid.

They blew it on both. The unrest of last night was worse than the night before. They didn't prepare.

Also, now the community is devastated and burned out. Where are people of the community going to get their food supplies and feel protected in this time of covid?

I have my reservations as to whether they will be prepared tonight. They don't sound very strategic.

I was distracted by the animated sign language lady. It takes skill to know so many signs.

You use your face and body as well as your hands to convey the nuances of what you're saying. It's a very interesting language.

The attention may wind up in another city, as hundreds are protests are scheduled tonight around the county, some which also may lead to shootings.

Charge them with assault and sort out the blatant murder charges, but DO SOMETHING!!! A man died, in broad daylight, while pleading for his life!

I hear that on the video I and it just wrenches me to my core.

I have had breathing issues in the past and it is a horrifying feeling and I’m sure even more horrible way to die.

People are now staging multi-purpose riots: protesting the latest murder-by-cop (there have been so many it's hard to keep track), imbecile Trump and all his fuck ups, 100,000 dead people, being locked up at home, losing their jobs, watching the rich get richer while they lose everything, you name it. This summer's going to be a real riot.

Dude in the fatigues was... fatiguing!

Generally I think they’re off message. Too much inside baseball that begs an unanswered “So what?”.

The Q&A portion is getting better maybe.
