so neither the HC sheriff nor the MPD had jurisdiction to make the arrest. However, the arrest warrant would have had to have been initiated by Freemann because that's where the crime occurred.

that this is a state crime(s) and, if convicted, the Mango Menace can't issue a pardon, he has no such authority, only the Gov. of that state has that authority, and I highly doubt that the Gov. will issue such a pardon if there is a conviction.

But listening to the earlier press conference with Gov Walz and AG Ellison, I think they told Freeman:
'We are arresting him. You better get charges ready or be fully exposed as the douche you are. '
