With the arrest people are relived, people out of their house. At the few stores still standing or who managed to stay open the neighborhood customers came out. Nobody I talked to had a problem with the curfew. Most figure it is the only way to get the outsiders.

Don't get me wrong there remains a deep anger, but at the same time it is accepted that most of the looting was led by outsiders. I don't know how many people told me today that they went for the menthol's first. (Mpls and St. Paul have banned flavored cigarettes except in smoke shops).
