Should Biden fill the void on nights like this with a speech

addressed to the nation?

I don't know.

I think it would have been nice to hear one unifying voice tonight (NOT trump).

Should Biden address the nation on nights like this or should he just let trump's silence/incompetence speak for itself?

I'd be careful with that. If he were Prez, his comments would likely help. Hoyt May 2020 #2

Kill several birds with one stone.

Console the nation, campaign subtlety with a message that resonates with the voters, piss off Trump on how a REAL president behaves until he takes to Twitter and throws another of his twantwums.

Live rent-free in Trump's head.

I think they would. Everyone is desperate for a compassionate leader right now.

But, he just opens himself to undue criticism tonight.

Now, comments later are OK.
