SAN DIEGO: an unarmed person was shot and killed by police in riot gear on Euclid and Uni. Will try to get more info.

Suspect, Victim Found Dead Following SWAT Situation in City Heights

8. According to local news (KNBC 7), there was a SWAT standoff in that area

Around 3pm this afternoon. Apartment near Euclid and University. Police had responded to gunshots, a victim was removed and declared dead at the hospital, suspect died at the scene. No other information available.
Not related to a protest or riot response.
