By people that rely on them for honesty and support and fairness? They should have 5000:1 people like that.

By people that believe the "blue line" is not to be trusted? Perhaps 10:1. This is sad but not the fault of the people.

By white rich people who use the police to protect themselves and their property? Maybe 1:1. And the LEO shouldn't rely on that. Many white rich people are worse crooks than someone else who is trying to feed their family in the face of abject societally-induced poverty.

How about we go back to a community-based policing model instead of a bad-guy/good-cop model?
