I've heard "White Fragility" recommended a few times before and have read excerpts and participated in a very uncomfortable (and very illuminating and important) discussion group about it. It was pretty eye-opening. So many of the people were like "I'm not racist, so I'm not part of the problem" and just couldn't get past that--anyway, that's a whole different discussion thread.
