Scottsdale PD has no idea what to do. The looters are so dispersed throughout the city.

I think Phoenix has one riot in their history. Same with Las Vegas. Scottsdale? Probably never. Same with Minneapolis. It’s much different than NY, Philly, and LA. They have long histories of disturbance. The level of sophistication by both sides is much higher.

Scottsdale is pandemonium. This has nothing to do with a protest. Thugs running everywhere breaking into shops and taking everything they can grab.

For three nights. It wasn't until tonight with about 2000 police and 4000 NG troops in the city.

Curfew started at 8 pm and everyone was warned if you are on the street you will be considered a potential rioter. At 8:30 they started moving in on any/every group with 200-300 police/troops at the least. They broke up the groups before any protesters, or agitators hiding in the protests, could get started looting and burning.

People were marching and asking for change with assholes causing some problems. Scottsdale is different. Nothing until tonight and it's all about destruction and looting.

They don't want to put their police officers in danger for property damage.
