Is there a centralized location compiling reports of outside agitators at the protests?

After seeing some scattered reports, I strongly believe that the violence and property destruction during these protests is being committed by outside agitators, particularly white nationalists. Is there any website or Twitter account that is collecting reports and/or evidence of this?
