This is great news. Seems that a few years ago, CIty of Camden was murder capital. Recently they turned the city policing over to the county, and that has halved the murder rate:

(I grew in City of Camden when very young, stayed in next county, and then attended college in City of Camden there so I have a soft spot. From the same background, I also understand why they are pulling down Rizzo statue in Philadelphia!)
