Peaceful arrests in Minneapolis.
Some protesters (150) were surrounded by police after curfew and are being arrested without argument or struggle. Cops are being courteous and protesters are cooperative - looks like traditional civil disobedience. This is at the West Bank on Washington Avenue near the I-35W intersection. Downtown near the courthouse there's another group but so far everything is peaceful there, too. Nobody is being arrested yet but a lot of police are there, just standing around. It's very quiet and I hope it stays that way after it gets dark.
