We used to call Hamilton County "Hamiltucky".

I would expect nothing less from a region that gave us Gym Jordan, or a city that gave us Jerry Springer.

Yes, that's true. Jerry Springer was once Mayor of Cincinnati. He was a Democrat, but I believe he took his show ideas from his experience in Hamilton County.
