10. The guy was NOT an FBI agent.

Why the hell someone on YouTube chose to add that detail, no one knows. There was absolutely nothing said about FBI in the video and some journalists have already had to retract their statements on this. Besides, no FBI agent would behave like that.

This fellow appears to be of Sudanese origin but had proper ID on him and those cops simply assumed he was someone else.

Update: It turns out he isn’t an FBI agent. Thanks to audience members quickly correcting that for me.

Nevertheless, this is exactly what happens to thousands of Black men across the country.

I want to make sure EVERYONE sees my correction. I got bad information from Twitter. From what I can gather from this man's facebook account, there is no indication that he is an FBI agent. I apologize for the misinformation. I'll take extra steps to ensure every video I share is accurately depicted.

The cops screwed up by assuming he was the suspect they were looking for but found out otherwise when they read his ID in his wallet.

Smart or dumb, that fellow had some guts to stand up to them like that. I suspect if this had happened in an isolated location without members of the public around and some with cameras, that man probably would be dead.
