Is this a bad time...?

In light of the "Boogaloo" and "3-percenters" showing up (armed) in cities since the murder of George Floyd, is this a bad time to remind the republic that just 14-months ago Trump's Department of Homeland Security disbanded the Office of Intelligence and Analysis that monitored domestic terrorism threats - even as department officials admitted that the threat of domestic terrorism were growing...?
