He hears something from one of his advisors (which includes FOX news) and he'll blurt it out like it's some wisdom only he could have come up with for the next three days... or until the next new favorite word.

Vladdy gives him a "pep talk" and the key words he thinks will impress Vladdy are what he blurts out believing it's going to help him meet his goal of making Vladdy happy.
