Looks like Minneapolis police wear body cameras.

This video talks about it in 2019 and shows what they look like. Little square box worn on their chest. In the videos shown of this murder, they all look as if they are being worn by, at least, the 4 LEOs and others on the scene.

So, why are those videos not being shown to the public. Can a Freedom of Information request be made by the press. Why have they not been released to the press. My guess is if they showed any reason for the force being used, they would have been released with in a few days.

Just one of those questions that need an answer.

It could also be an attempt to not confuse the issue with some minor resistance on Floyd's part.

Release of Not-Public Data
In certain instances, the MPD may choose to release BWC data that is classified as not-public per the data practices act if the department determines that the release of the data will aid the law enforcement process, promote public safety, or dispel widespread rumor or unrest (M.S. 13.82, subd. 15).

I would think this covers it.

I'm sure the Defense has requested it, so I'll give it a few more days of riots to confirm this.
