Since BARR and the cabinet are literally walking with him, the 25th Amendment is out. And will Susan COLLINS, Lamar ALEXANDER, et al., conclude that SHITLER didn't learn from the first one? Would ROMNEY kick his vote up from 1 to 2?

Is there really nothing until November? What about a simple Citizen's Arrest?
