Over the last week, we have watched the result of hundreds of years of racism, racial terror, and police violence that communities of color across the country experience on a regular basis. Policing in the United States is rooted in white supremacy as it began as a way to surveil enslaved Black people. We mourn the murder of George Floyd and are extremely concerned about the aggressive police tactics used on protesters.
Join us for a Lunch & Learn Thursday, June 4, at 12 p.m. to learn more about your rights during a law enforcement encounter and actionable steps to take if you experience or witness police misconduct.

...And don't post pics from the protest on your social media accounts simply to prove you were there!!! Geez. So, many people are doing that don't realize what a favor that it is to the cops!
