8. No he didn't, the policeman even pries the baton out of his hand.

The policeman put his baton down to help hold him down (which I doubt was smart and would like to know what the guy did to get deserved to get arrested).

Now if the protester was dead and they left the baton in his hand, you’d be right. But, that’s not the case and you need to take another look at higher magnification.

Lives matter, but BS won’t help save any.
