The policeman put his baton down to help hold him down (which I doubt was smart and would like to know what the guy did to get deserved to get arrested).
Now if the protester was dead and they left the baton in his hand, youd be right. But, thats not the case and you need to take another look at higher magnification.
Lives matter, but BS wont help save any.
