Now Trump's whining about the criticism from Collins, Lankford and Sasse

You got it wrong! If the protesters were so peaceful, why did they light the Church on fire the night before? People liked my walk to this historic place of worship! Sen. Susan Collins, Sen. James Lankford, Sen. Ben Sasse. Please read @MZHemingway below.

Earlier tweet of his he's referring to, linking to that Hemingway piece for The Federalist:

People liked my walk to this historic place of worship!

He thought his little stunt would regain the upper hand and make him look strong and decisive and “Christian TM”

But instead he fell flat on his fat face.

He is losing the PR game badly.

He is freaking out

Must be those "people say..........." that he talks about so often. Got a feeling they dwell in his head.

He really has no redeeming qualities. Usually, with most people, you can find some redeeming qualities, something likable about them. Not him.

None would stop to answer. They were all "late to lunch".
Most be some strict rules about getting to lunch on time. Even Mitt was too cowardly to answer.

South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott, the only black Republican in the Senate, said Trump’s visit to the church was unhelpful and not something Scott would have done.
