...there are still a few unassigned delegates in states that voted weeks or months ago - 1 in California, 7 in Colorado, etc.

Except they won't all go to him - Sanders should get a chunk of Rhode Island's - he did surprisingly well there. Should get more from other states as well - the only places it looks like he didn't clear 15% are Indiana, DC and Maryland.

So far various sites have Biden with 387 delegates last night so far, Sanders hasn't gotten any yet. He'll pick up a smattering when they finish the district calculations.

Also, Biden won EVERY county in all seven states - that's an indication that he'll win most if not all of the unassigned delegates, too.
