in my town, a murder the headlines attributed to "the riots" turned out to be some suburban white guy with a gun come into downtown to ... do some hunting?

He shot a young black protester because he felt "threatened".

There are a lot of armed provocateurs out there, the boogaloo types, and nasty little shits like this guy from the burbs.
