Aaah! Thank you, President Obama.

I really needed to hear what an actual, sentient, erudite, non-sociopathic American President sounds like.

Off the cuff, no teleprompter, just speaking from the heart ... Lord, I want to weep when I contrast that with the orange obscenity we're currently saddled with.

If he was still president, it would feel more hopeful. It he was still president, we could use this to make lasting change for the better.

Trump just wants to "dominate" and stop free speech. He wants to posture and pretend his is tough, while he hides out in his bunker. He sends out dog whistles and incites violence. He should not be surprised people are going to be knocking on the door and want to talk to him about the things he said. His answer to them daring to disagree with him is to go fascist authoritarian and sick the military on its own people. That is NOT the solution.

We need a good president. Obama can't do it again. So, I hope we can get rid of Trump in November and undo the damage he had done.

I am so glad Obama spoke. We needed it.
