SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) Organizers have scrapped plans to mandate social distancing during President Donald Trumps appearance at a July 3 Mount Rushmore fireworks display and wont limit the crowd due to coronavirus concerns, South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem said Thursday.

The fuse was lit Memorial Day weekend and the bomb went off this week. People aren't going to comply any more. Whatever happens happens.
