One cop tried to make the first cop move on. Another cop did something with a radio. There is some talk of an EMT on site.

Causing pain is the cop's job. Fixing it is the EMT's job. Sheesh.

No leadership. They don't know what they are doing on the street. Bet they don't know why they shoved the guy. He might have been asking for directions but he was in the way.
