At the end of the press conference today, BLOTUS signed something official-looking. Does anyone know what it was?

I don't know the details yet, but understand it eases some restrictions and gives a longer period for pay back.

We still haven't figured out the first set of rules.

I watch his weird press conferences and zone out far more than I should but nothing he says ever makes sense. Still, I don't recall him or anyone announcing what the hell legislation he sat down to sign.
