...it was never that high in BHO's 8 years! Never exceeded 17.1%, in 2009 when he inherited the worst recession ever, that didn't become a depression.
Another thing to promote since PINO's taking a victory lap!

But, the conditions here are different.
As either treatment or vaccines become available, business and jobs will pick up unusually fast.
But, I think the floor is higher because many businesses, especially restaurants, may never reopen.
Eventually someone buys it & reopens, but that could be several years.
So, the floor is unlikely to be 3 or 4%. Might not go below 6 or 7 for a long time.
