Is this an attack on our Postal Service? Please tell me.

So was driving and heard this ad on the radio for this .com company that is offering US Postage stamps and other postal service that cost less than our US Postal Service? What's up? So why would the USPS partner with a private for profit on basic services like stamps? Talk me down ... who owns this enterprise?

trump is undercutting our Post Office, plans to eliminate it. Maybe they are being forced to do such by trump so that they may survive.

Postmaster General Marvin Runyon (previously head of TVA) whose mission seemed to be to privatize the USPS. He held massive layoffs. And he set himself up pretty sweetly with stamps.com.

He’s dead now. I don’t miss him.

Stamps.com is a legitimate company. As the usps puts it, an approved reseller. I used to use them, then used another company, which they bought, do now I use them again. Directed toward business shoppers. Postage is discounted. Not an attack on the usps.
