This fight transcends partisanship. Being against Trump doesn’t make you a liberal, it makes you a patriot.

And we can hope that some of those Republican patriots who are willing to oppose Trump will also become more aware that other issues transcend partisanship.

In the meantime, more power to all the Republicans and former Republicans working to turn Republicans who voted for Trump against him.

2. Trump wants a nazi state

Where there is only one party , and he has complete control . His supporters will eventually understand he could care less about them, and will turn on them , and treat them the worst. That's why he lies too them so much.

6. I agree with the statement

The Never-Trumpers and/or members of the Lincoln Project are not going to transform into loyal Democrats or fire-breathing liberals. But at this particular moment, we are all on the same side in defeating Donald Trump and this destructive administration. Strange times make strange bedfellows and in this case we are allies. To save the country.

No doubt we'll jump back into our partisan trench holes once Trump and his enablers are removed. Then, a serious conversation on the excesses of the Republican Party and its leadership need to happen. Because without major reform and cleaning house, the GOP will remain the enemy of our democratic Republic.

They've flown their colors without shame or consequence. That needs to stop, in the way Steve King was stopped during last week's primary. Throw the bums out along with their racist, white nationalist, neo-Nazi, evangelical crazy members or perish.

Because there are more of us than them.
