Try not to be offended by it. Obviously someone named Karen might not fit that description AT ALL. In fact, I know a couple of wonderful women named Karen. It is just a label that has grown to mean what it does.

Just like someone named Dick may not fit the Webster's definition of "a mean, stupid, or annoying man" and folks named Dick shouldn't take offense someone it is said that someone is being a Dick.

From a practical standpoint of defeating the enemy, we're better off not alienating people who are named Karen (super common name) or the people who like and love someone with that name.
