because the officer feared he was armed.

He wasn’t.

He had his hands up. Officer shot him because she said he might have had a gun and she feared he “might" reach for it.

The jury let her off because her excuse was reasonable in their eyes.

Bullshit with the second amendment when it comes to black people.

I'm neither a gun enthusiast or gun owner, but I'm disappointed in myself that I never really understood the reality that the 2nd Amendment doesn't extend to POC. Cops assume POC they come in contact with are armed, but legally carrying a weapon will attract negative police contact. You can't win.
