Bob Kroll is that sociopathic union leader who called the police when a Washington Post reporter knocked on his door, and called protesters "terrorists" and said terrible things about George Floyd.
Are we rid of him??

Somebody please double check this. This entity seems to have disappeared from the internet.

so that, for example, there are fewer traditional police officers; that the ones who remain are better trained and aren't militarized racist assholes; and that other community functions like routine traffic matters and problems with people who are mentally ill or intoxicated will be dealt with by psychologists and social workers; and funding will be redirected to community outreach programs.

16. My idea I have had for years

fire every police officer, detective, captain, etc...nationwide over a long enough period of time you would have no interruption in service.

Rehire the ones who can pass extensive psychological testing meant to screen out racists, bigots, hotheads, etc. Keep paying all of them during this process and bennies, but the ones who cant re-qualify are no longer employed and their position is filled with one of the what would be hundreds of thousands of new applicants.

The trick is coming up with a battery of tests and so on that could accomplish this, make THIS part of the screening/training of any law enforcement the number one priority above all else.

Would take a couple years to do it, but would be well worth it. have a NATIONAL test and minimum requirement for entry, if that is legally possible.
