Bolton plans to publish even if the White House doesn’t sign off on the classification review.

10. You all are missing the most important point of Bolton publishing

Without WH approval. This will put Bolton’s 1st Amendment right to publish on the front page. The Supreme Court Justices could find themselves smack in the middle of a huge Constitutional question. If the WH challenges and wins, this will be another clampdown on our freedoms and give DT more authoritarian power.
