California Governor Says Film & Television Production Can Resume Soon

California Governor Gavin Newsom has revealed that film and television production can resume on June 12.

Earlier this year, countries all around the world were forced to shutdown after the coronavirus spread throughout the globe. With restrictions and lockdowns galore, the entertainment industry had no choice but to bunker down and wait for the go ahead to either resume production. Productions all over the world like Mission: Impossible 7, The Batman, and Shang-Chi were just a few of the many projects that were put on pause due to the coronavirus. Now, California Governor Gavin Newsom has announced that productions on projects can resume starting June 12.
