Its the pivot all over again. Hes never been able to do it before, theres no reason he can do it now.
The let Trump be Trump train let the station four years ago. Hes not capable of reining in his gut instincts and allowing himself to be told what to do by some image manager.
They really expect us to believe people are telling Trump to simmer down right now. Lol. Who is telling him that?

(42,770 posts)to pivot to. Once the protests simmer down, his disgraceful and negligent COVID response will resurface.
His only hope at this point is that the economy rebounds significantly. Still lots of time and who knows what the public will care about in the next 4 mo.

That's why I am thinking we need to move on from the huge news stories and focus on those things that actually move the people who only half-heartedly support him.
With all the big stories who the hell even knows what's going on underneath? Gold mine in regs he's reversed.
Focusing on Trump's ridiculous response to covid or the protests is a waste of time... So much more!

What might get republican women to change is if they sense their economic situation is not well and usually it's because their husband lost their job or something like that.

In reality, they're all desperately trying to burnish their reputations while knowing full well, their candidate is an utter monster.
