Trump will read in his monotone voice with heavy sniffing, which will indicate that he didn't write the speech, doesn't believe anything about the speech, and likely didn't even read or practice the speech.


OR...

He will go off the cuff or off the prepared remarks and lie, self aggrandize, lie, self promote, lie some more, lie about his lies, and so forth.


Those are the only two Trump modes for speeches that there are.
