Milwaukee Attorney taken into Custody After Spitting on African American Minor

Milwaukee has seen largely peaceful protests over the past several days with generally overwhelming support from the community. Giannis Antetokoumpo and several other Bucks players were on hand marching along with the protesters while handing out water and snacks.

In one bizarre incident, a white 64 year old female attorney abandoned her car in the middle of the road directly in the path of the marching protesters and walked away with her keys. Several protesters followed her pleading with her to move her car, and when a young African American youth walked up to her, this North Shore Nancy pig spit directly into his face. The entire episode was caught on camera.

She’s likely face criminal charges and hopefully will lose her license.

Definitely assault charges and against a minor too, perhaps. Spitting on someone is akin to giving someone aids if they know they are positive and still are having unprotected sex. In this case, possible exposure to the CV, which could result in illness or death.

And as an officer of the court, she knows better than this. No excuse.

Before Trump, that woman might have had angry, negative feelings toward the protest and the protesters, but she probably wouldn't have done anything more aggressive than glare at them and then go home and write a complaining LTTE to her local paper. But Trump says it's just fine to be an overtly racist butthead like him, so now people are letting their inner racist buttheads out for the whole world to see by insulting and assaulting people as well as outing themselves on social media - and, unlike Trump, these buttheads get to suffer the consequences.

who later charged at peaceful protesters outside her home. When police arrived she kneed one in the groin and was arrested a second time. She doesn't learn so good apparently.

Shorewood woman filmed spitting on protester arrested again after altercation in front of home; police say she kneed officer in groin
Genevieve Redsten and Meg Jones, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Published 1:44 p.m. CT June 7, 2020 | Updated 7:46 a.m. CT June 8, 2020

A Shorewood woman arrested Saturday for spitting on a teen protester was arrested again on Sunday after being accused of shoving a 21-year-old college student who was writing protest messages in chalk on the sidewalk in front of her home.

Shorewood police said Stephanie Rapkin resisted arrest and kneed a police officer in the groin when they tried to arrest her Sunday on a battery and disorderly conduct charges. Rapkin was booked into the Milwaukee County Jail on Sunday and kept overnight.

Bail was set at $950.

On Saturday, Rapkin, a 64-year-old attorney, was initially taken into police custody at 10:12 p.m. after spitting on a teenager during an altercation that happened earlier that day in the 4000 block of N. Oakland Avenue, Shorewood police said.
