Trump's public approval is lagging after a chaotic week, from a fenced-in White House in Washington, D.C. to streets full of demonstrators in Washington state.
The president has responded with a tweet storm of unprecedented volume and vitriol, lashing out particularly at Republicans who won't toe the line, and at former supporters and subordinates who describe a chaotic ship of state.
The latest bad news: Trump trails ex-Vice President Joe Biden by 55-41% in a new CNN poll, which finds that only 38% of those surveyed approve how Trump is handling his presidency, while 57% disapprove.
It follows on the heels of an NBC News/Washington Post survey, released Sunday, which found that 80% of Americans feel the country is out of control. Biden enjoyed a 49-42% lead; 50% to 42% in so-called "battleground" states. The poll showed a yawning 121-point gap among women voters, with Trump slowly shedding support among bedrock constituencies such as those Americans without a college education.

Has there been a single day in the last four years when that ass hasn't "lashed out" at someone? I mean, really?!
On the other hand, nothing makes me happier than to know that Trump is unhappy. It gives me a small joy and a bubble of hope.
