It was an all inclusive (R's and D's) version of DU brought online several years back. Needless to say the version of self-moderation used here failed abysmally there once those banned from here and trolls from other obscure RW sites took over. It was a failed experiment in the decency of all people as mostly being equally kind and respectful. It shows a few (minority) of ugly bullies will rule the day over a majority of people not in agreement with them if they're ugly enough to run off dissenting voices from a platform if allowed to do so. So, lessons learned I suppose? In some ways it reminds me of a tiny version of Facebook, but with better administrators who apparently got sick of their RW conspiracy crap.

It was a cesspit of RW nutcases last time I looked in on it. You never missed a thing, trust me on this one.
