I assume the experts would want to make masks mandatory and make sure every American was provided with masks. I assume they'd want everyone to continue social distancing. I assume they'd want me to make sure tests were widely available. I assume they'd want me to direct millions toward the study and research of the virus.

6. Then conduct a national plan to allow for testing and safe opening

Re: the $2k/month, I liked the countries who kept businesses afloat and those businesses in turn kept paying their employees. The businesses stayed ready to open, and the employees stayed paid.

Gig workers and the real unemployed should get that $2k though.

hire the massive number of unemployed to do the tracing, mandatory masks in public and especially in public interior spaces, reopen slowly and only when positive testing is on the downhill side of the slope.

If stupid trump had done this in Jan/Feb we could've saved many thousands of lives.
