Could a Democratic president sign an executive order proclaiming all federal elections should be paper ballots only? Such an order wouldnt infringe on states rights, would it?
I think it would be a good idea...it would prevent fraud.

Each state is in charge of its own elections.
I wasnt sure if that included federal elections, but I guess so. I appreciate the answer.
