Does Anyone Think Senator Tim Scott Is Really Drafting The Police Reform Plan For The Repugs?.....
I have to believe that Trump along with the Repug Party will be drafting the Police Reform Plan and that the Repugs will make Sen Tim Scott the person to front or introduce the plan. Any thoughts on this?

No matter what Scott drafts, it will never pass the Senate. It will more than likely be watered down bullshit filled with various poison pills the Dems can't support. No matter what the Dems draft, it will get filibustered by the Rethugs and never pass. And all this will accomplish exactly what McConnell wants to accomplish....nothing. Well, except for a campaign meme like...
"We tried to pass a good bill, but the Dems wouldn't let us. They wanted to abolish the police everywhere and let bad hombres (brown people in general) run rampant, raping, robbing and killing old white Fox News viewers just like you! Oh....and they're gonna take your guns! AAAaa!!!"
